Charges
We discuss and agree a retainer charge for the guaranteed availability of Support Services, invoiced monthly.
When called out we charge an agreed day or hourly rate for our services.
In addition to guaranteed availability, Clients who have a Support Agreement benefit from a credit for the value of the monthly retainer charge.
We are also available to provide these services to companies who have not opted for a Support Agreement, but naturally we cannot guarantee our response time in preference to our existing customer base.
