The Modules
Both programs use the following modules. The only difference is that the 3 month BDP identifies what is needed for corrective action with recommendations, while the 9 month BDDP further develops, integrates and delivers the recommended solutions.

The Planning Module ... for a thorough strategic review and overhaul where necessary - all designed to clearly establish your short and longer term aspirations and corresponding operational tactical plans

In particular, we will address your Marketing Plan to confirm that you are in the right space and/or you need to target alternative and more profitable markets

The Tender Module ... to leverage the better quality opportunities now coming from the Marketing Plan; and all designed to improve your success "hit rate"

The Project Management Module ... to effectively manage the business that has been won from your improved tendering practices; and to ensure that you manage your risks, make money, and have a 'happy customer'

Governance ... to help you "keep your finger on the pulse" with all the key indicators and drivers for your business

Training ... to coach and train at all levels

Support Services ... to give you the comfort and guarantee of on call assistance to help 'firefight' in times of strife when extra horse power and expertise is needed.

The 3 month Business Diagnostics Program ("BDP")
We work with you on a comprehensive review/'health check' of where your company is at and seeking to go.We systematically review your business & marketing planning and move on to your tendering & project management practices; and your approach to ongoing business governance and training.

The program is based on the fundamentals of our Contracting Solutionz "Products & Services" which are summarized below (with further details in the links on the left).

The program identifies:

     - The key drivers, systems & operational practices.
     - Key issues to address.
     - Practical and achievable recommendations, strategies &
       actions to put your business on track.

The 9 month Business Diagnostics & Development Program ("BDDP")

We work with you to provide the front end diagnostics as above, plus hands-on help to develop, integrate and implement the business recommendations and solutions based on our Products and Services.

For both programs a fixed price and monthly payment plan is discussed at the outset depending upon the complexity of the business, size, and number of Contracting Solutionz Products and Services that are required for your particular operation.
