Governance Module

Our Governance Module is designed specifically to help the GM/CEO keep his or her 'finger on the pulse' and to provide a six month strategic heads - up.

Scope

Having completed one of our Programs:

1. We meet monthly with the GM/CEO to review where the business is at
    - strategically and operationally.

    The meeting uses information templates/reports that we develop and agree - either 
    from scratch or to utilize existing reporting documents.

    The meeting may be either face to face or remotely, where we act as a  'Virtual
    Director' through a telephone Conference Call/Skype link up.

2. We meet every six months for a Strategic Workshop with the Senior Management
    Team for a 1 day session to review performance against Strategic Plan objectives


Timeframe

Timing is also optional - for example, the monthly GM/CEO sessions may be scheduled before a Company Board Meeting. Alternatively, it may be useful to hold the meeting prior to a Senior Management Meeting.

Charges

Our charges are discussed and fixed at the outset. Monthly installments are applied for the ongoing governance assistance and a one off charge for the Strategic 6 monthly workshop.
